All customers must maintain liability insurance for their boat while at Oak Grove Marina. Oak Grove Marina may request confirmation of boat insurance at any time during the rental year. Failure to keep boat insurance forfeits the wet/lift and/or boatel slip agreement.

OGMC cannot be held liable for marks, scratches or chips that appear on the bottom of boats during placement of boats on racks or in water. It is the boat owner’s responsibility to place depth finder transducers, radio antennas, canvas, outdrives, trim tabs and speedometers in the proper location or position to avoid damage by the forklift or racks.
The Marina is supplied by well water. It is imperative that all hoses be equipped with a shut-off nozzle.
